A notice to

Parents Who Agree

Congrats to all parents who Agree on CHILD SUPPORT, CHILD CUSTODY, and VISITATION!

You may have received a Child Support Review Notice letter in the mail – from the office of the Attorney General (OAG) – Child Support Division (CSD), in the State of Texas.  This letter provided important information and encouraged you to schedule an appointment to attend and participate in a Child Support Review Process (CSRP) at your local Office of the Attorney General (OAG).   It is in the BEST interest of your child for you to schedule an appointment to attend and participate in the Child Support Review Process (CSRP).

Do not hesitate to contact us to gain a better understanding of what may take place during the Child Support Review Process (CSRP), including any required document(s).  Moreover, if your case has already been filed in a local court, we can help you gain a better understanding of the legal process and what may take place during your court proceeding.

ProSe Nugget:  There are Two (2) Possession and Access (visitation) Schedules available to most non-custodial parents… The Standard Possession Order and The Expanded Standard Possession Order.  In Texas, the presumption is the Standard Possession Order unless there is a “specific request” for The Expanded Standard Possession Order to be considered.
